Dolcino Fuel Loaf is a nourishing gluten-free bread flour mix made with carefully selected grains and seeds. High in protein, high in fibre, and easy to bake at home — just add the included yeast packet and water.

This high-protein, high-fibre bread mix is made with carefully selected grains and seeds including amaranth, barnyard millet, flaxseed flour, chia seeds and roasted sunflower seeds. It has a hearty texture, satisfying flavour and is ideal for everyday toast, sandwiches, lunchboxes or slicing and freezing for later.
Each pack includes a separate packet of instant yeast, so all you need to add is water.

# How to Make Fuel Loaf
You will need:
- 1 packet Dolcino Fuel Loaf Gluten-Free Bread Flour Mix
- 1 packet instant yeast, included separately
- 800 ml lukewarm water
- 2 x 20 cm loaf tins
- Non-stick cooking spray or oil
- Seeds for sprinkling, optional
Baking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Prepare 2 x 20 cm loaf tins by spraying with non-stick cooking spray or lightly oiling the tins.
3. Add the included packet of instant yeast to the bread flour mix and mix through with a wooden spoon.
4. Add 800 ml lukewarm water and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. The mixture should have the consistency of a thick batter.
5. Divide the mixture evenly between the two prepared loaf tins.
6. Allow the mixture to rise for 30–40 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with seeds if desired.
8. Bake at 180°C for 45–60 minutes. Baking times are always approximate. Test with a skewer — it should come out clean.
9. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for approximately 10 minutes before removing from the tins.
10. Allow to cool properly before slicing.
