Order Processing
All orders are lovingly packaged and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your earrings are on their way.

Shipping Options & Rates
Standard Courier:  Within South Africa — Flat rate R120
Pudo locker - R70

Free Shipping:
Eligible for orders R500 or more, once you’ve selected your pieces (and added to cart), the reduced shipping rate will be applied automatically.

Local Pickup (Johannesburg Area Only)
Prefer to collect in person? Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout — no shipping costs included. We'll send the pick-up details once your order is ready.

Delivery Timeframes
Most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days. If there’s a public holiday, please allow extra time — but we’ll let you know if there are any delays so you’re always in the loop.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we handle every order carefully, if something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us at info@lensandhues.co.za within 7 days. We’ll sort it out — promise ✨

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! 
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery timeframes vary — please allow 10–25 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings — even if unworn.
